-Manpower pooling of the restaurant staff from Restaurant Managers

Supervisors, cooks, grillers, cashiers down to the dining crew. (max
of 22 staff)
-Training and development of the complete staff.
-Technology transfer on all recipes found in the menu except for the
chicken sauce and mixture marination.
-Concept and design of the restaurant.
Renovation only with a maximum of 120 sq. meters
(renovation cost may vary depends on contractor’s fee)

PROCEDURE:
Once
you are already 100% decided to franchise with us we will schedule a
meeting with you personally and discuss Chicken Ati-Atihan
operations and present to you the details of the budget and our
franchise agreement.
We
will be requesting you to come to our head office in Dumaguete City
for the signing of the franchise contract.
We
will be bringing you to one of our franchise outlets at our own
schedule for your orientation of the business.
We
will then plot your working calendar of schedules until the grand
opening of your outlet.
